Going forwards, we see three factors that will positively affect the city’s office market. Firstly, Market Outlook Shanghai employers’ are looking at a headcount growth of 26% for Q3 2010. This would represent a stable increase in job figures of both 11 percentage points q-o-q and 28 percentage points y-o-y. Secondly, Shanghai’s enterprise survey index continued to remain in positive territory, registering 136.2 in Q1 2010.
