4.3 量测点的埋设
(1)地表沉降点的埋设。在坚
硬路面结构上打孔放入套管,再在
松软地层上直接打入

的圆头钢筋。接触网杆的量
测点可直接将膨胀螺栓在其上安设。
(2)拱顶下沉监测点沿区间隧
道每10
m设1个断面。
(3)收敛量测测点布置在与拱
顶下沉测点同一断面上,每断面2条
测线,埋设时要求尽量保持水平。
4.4 管理基准
在信息化施工中建立三级管理
标准,见表3。

(1)立即停止开挖掘进,对开
挖面采取加强支护措施。

施工总结与体会
在采用帷幕注浆加固地层的前
提下,加强开挖支护过程中的质量
控制,包括对台阶长度及循环进尺
的控制,格栅拱脚的填实、及时回
填注浆。监控结果表明,穿越铁路
段累计地表最大沉降量为7.6
mm,
隧道初期支护完成后拱部沉降仅有
0.7
mm,从而保证了铁路运营安
全,达到了预期的效果。
施工中有以下几点体会。
(1)帷幕注浆起到了对地层预
加固的作用,控制了土体变形,减少
了地表沉降。
(2)初期支护的及早封闭、及
时进行回填注浆对控制地面沉降有
较大影响。
(3)必须与有关各方密切配合
联系,使各项措施及时到位,严格控
制,降低穿越铁路施工风险。

崇文门车站下穿既有线结构施
工完成后,既有运营地铁环线区间
结构最终沉降值为16.75
mm(最大
沉降值),设计沉降控制标准值为30mm
,满足了既有线结构和运营安
全的要求。施工过程中既有线左线
垂向沉降曲线见图5。

案,而在以后的施工过程中又发现

我们始终对工程的风险性和难点保
持清醒认识,把握住施工各阶段的
关键环节,利用监控量测获得的信
息,发现新问题,研究新对策,攻

In combination with the needs of urban rail transit construction
and operation, the paper elaborates the importance of formulating
the product standard system and puts forward the guidelines for preparing
the product standard system and the structure of product standard
system framework on the basis of the systematic analyses on
the urban rail transit operation, the development trend of technical
equipment and the work of domestic and foreign standardization. The
product standard system covering rolling stock, power supply, signaling
and communication have been prepared as examples with the
conclusions of studies and suggestions be finally worked out.

The author of the article summarizes the current computing formulae
for the station platform width for metro and light rail in China,
for which he holds that they indicate in essence the certain function
relationship between the station platform width and the hourly passenger
traffic volume at peak hours. The new methods for computing
the station platform width by means of the natural logarithm mathematical
model are thus put forward.
